Note:  The Jackson County Services Building is located 1/2 mile from the U.S. 59 Freeway.  The building is two doors from the HEB Grocery Store back toward the Freeway.  You need to park and enter from the rear of the building.  The Services Building fronts on Hwy. 111.  Hwy 111 is also Wells Street to the residents of Edna.  The address of the building is 411 North Wells Street.  The side of the Services Building faces Cedar Street.
